Jan's years of experience as a toastmaster and banqueting manager ensure that she has the expertise to step in and take control when necessary, and the perception to know when to blend into the background and let the evening run its course. |
Jan works closely with the Festival or Social Secretary, caterers and entertainment to ensure that everyone knows what is happening and when. Her confident and friendly approach puts everyone at ease whilst making sure that the correct protocol is observed at all times. During the informal part of the function, Jan will act as Master of Ceremonies and compere to organise raffles and auctions, and introduce the evening's entertainment.

As President of the Toastmaster and Master of Ceremonies Federation, Jan has officiated at all types of function, including Masonic, Rotary, Lions, Probus, Barmitzvahs and Batmitzvahs, Yacht Clubs, and Golf Clubs. And of course, what could be more suitable for a Ladies Festival than a Lady Toastmaster? |
